So be glad then, you children of Zion
Rejoice in the Lord your God
For God’s doing great things
Be glad then ye beasts of the field
Because I will pour out on you
The former and the latter rain as before
And in the last days, says God, I will pour out My Spirit
And I will restore unto you the years that the cankerworm
The caterpillar and the locust have destroyed
And you shall see the grace of God multiplied
And the mercy of God
Bringing forth the love of God into perfection
For when that which is perfect is come
That which is in part shall be done away with
And when the day of Pentecost was fully come
They were all with one accord in one place
And suddenly there was a sound from heaven
Like a mighty rushing wind
And it filled all the house where they were gathered
And there was seen of them
Cloven tongues like that of fire
And it fell on each of them
And they started speaking in other tongues
As the Holy Spirit gave them utterance
For God said, I will pour out My Spirit upon all flesh in the last days
And your sons and your daughters shall prophecy
Your young men shall see visions
And your old men shall dream dreams
Upon My maidservants and upon My menservants
I will pour out My Spirit
And they shall prophecy
And I will show wonders in the earth below and in the heavens above
And people shall know that the God of heaven and earth
Is in the midst of His people
And the Spirit of the Lord fell in the midst of the congregation
And the prophet stood up and said
‘Fear not, for the battle is not yours
The battle is the Lord’s
You shall go out, but you shall not fight against them

For the Lord will fight for you’
