Mail Order Shipping & Handling
We try to keep as many products as possible in stock.
Due to a heavy demand for a particular product, we might
not have it in stock. This will result in a slightly
longer total shipping time. We will notify you by email if any
of your products are on "back order".
Processing & Shipments
Orders placed before 2:00pm PST will be processed and
shipped within 72 hours or the next business day. Orders
placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday
morning and shipped within 72 hours. If the ordered product
is out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail and the
item will be shipped upon arrival.
Notifications
& E-mails
After your initial online order, you may view your order when logged in your account by clicking on the "View my Orders" button. You will also see that an order number is assigned to your order
which you can use as a reference should you need to call
our Resource Centre with any questions or concerns.
You will receive a second e-mail once your items have
been shipped. This e-mail will itemize all products shipped,
the date which these items were processed, the price of
the items and the method in which the products were shipped.
The e-mail will indicate if any items you ordered were
not in stock or back ordered. Those items will be sent
as soon as we receive the new shipment.
Shipping Methods
Spirit Word Resource sends orders via DHL. The shipping for each order is dependent
upon customer location & destination as well as the total weight of product(s) ordered.
Orders within the boundaries of South Africa may be posted using our domestic posting services. You may choose this option when you are registering your account, or you may change this within your profile once you have registered.

We use security measures to protect against the loss,
misuse and alteration of data used by our system.
Sharing
and Usage
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal
information with anyone. Information submitted to us is
only available to employees managing this information
for purposes of contacting you or sending you e-mails
based on your request for information and to contracted
service providers for purposes of providing services relating
to our communications.

Because your trust and confidence is important to us,
Spirit Word Resource conducts its "Online Shop " business
under the following privacy principles:
Principle 1 - Collection of Personal Information
Spirit Word Resource does collect personal information
such as names, phone numbers, addresses or e-mail
addresses from customers to our Online Shop for communication & delivering purposes only.
Principle 2 - No Combination of Browsing and Web Traffic
Information with Personal Information
We do not combine traffic analysis
information with personal information such as name, age,
phone number or mailing address.
Principle 3 - No Aggregation of Individual Visitor
Traffic Patterns across Multiple Sites
Spirit Word Resource does not collect individual profile
information for visitors across multiple sites and does
not aggregate information from any other sources about
browsing patterns of individual visitors across multiple
sites.
Principle 4 - Collection of Non-Personally Identifiable
Information
Spirit Word Resource collects anonymous visitor information
like IP addresses, browser types (such as Internet Explorer
or Netscape), referring pages, pages visited and time
spent on the web site. Spirit Word Resource collects
this non-personally identifiable information for the following
purposes:
(1) to provide anonymous statistical analysis of web page
traffic patterns for our web site;
(2) to administer our web site and servers,
(3) to allow for auditing of our services by third parties,
and
(4) to improve our services.
Principle 5 - Anonymous Use of Cookies
It is Spirit Word Resource' policy to use cookies only
for more accurate anonymous traffic analysis such as tracking
the time/date of the visit, the page viewed, the referrer,
etc. The cookie
information does not include personal data such as name,
age, phone number, e-mail address or mailing address.
In addition, Spirit Word Ministries does not link cookies to personal
data such as name, age, phone number, e-mail address or
mailing address. As we do not build a database of individual
visitors, the data that we do collect is never stored
in any individual user profile. Most browsers are initially
set up to accept cookies. If you would prefer, you can
set your browser to reject cookies.
Principle 6 - No Individual Profiling
Spirit Word Resource does not create individual profiles
of visitors. Unlike other tracking services we do not
have a database of individual profiles of each visitor.
Spirit Word Resource collects data in aggregate form
and data is not recorded or stored about individual visitors.

Refund Policy
- If Spirit Word Resource supplies the wrong product or if the product is in any way damaged or faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect, Spirit Word Resource will exchange it for the correct one within 7 days of receipt by the customer;
- Spirit Word Resource will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if replacement is not possible, Spirit Word Resource will refund the purchase price including delivery cost. Please note: goods are not guaranteed against faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
- Note that once opened, the following types of goods will not be accepted for a refund and will only be replaced with another copy of the same product: CDs, Videos, DVDs or computer software;
- The Refund Policy set forth in point 3 above will not apply if the product shows evidence of impact, sand, liquid or moisture damage, dropping, mishandling, tampering, routine cleaning or normal cosmetic and mechanical wear and tear.

Security Policy
- Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver ay damaging code to this web site or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any page on this web site shall be prosecuted and civil damages shall be claimed in the event that Spirit Word Resource suffers any damage or loss;
- All credit card transactions are Secure Socket Layers encrypted. These transactions are also done by Virtual Card Services (VCS). To view VCS' privacy statement go to http://www.vcs.co.za/policies/privacy_policy.asp.
- Spirit Word Resource do not store any credit card information, thus you are requested not to send this information to us. Only enter your credit card details once you are directed to VCS's secure site.
